Squeezy Energy

In the past I have suffered massively from being tired and worn out from the weekends riding when it comes to my race run, which made me feel really good when I felt so energetic and eager to get down the hill, usually it’s an effort for me to do a good warm up or get going from the start of the run.

But it wasn’t just a placebo like some may think, it definitely gave me the extra edge I needed. I managed to get my first win in 2 years, and a considerable margin of 7 seconds on a sub 2 minute track.
